GeetAI Studio provides AI systems, website development, digital marketing, creative asset production, and AI-powered tools. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are detailed in a separate proposal or agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and timely information, not use services for unlawful purposes, respect intellectual property rights, keep credentials confidential, and respond promptly to approval requests. Delays may impact timelines.

Fees are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise agreed. An advance (typically 50–75%) is required before work begins. Taxes, domain, hosting, and third-party costs are billed separately unless included in the quote. Overdue amounts may attract interest and service suspension.

Upon full payment, custom deliverables are assigned to you. Our proprietary AI engines, templates, frameworks, and underlying technology remain our property. You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely to deliver the services.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by you before use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation, then mediation in Pune, Maharashtra, and finally binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Digital Products & Subscriptions: Pre-packaged digital products and AI tool subscriptions are final sale once delivered. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no partial refunds. Annual subscriptions may receive a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days, less a 15% admin fee.

Custom Projects: Full refund before work commences (less 5% processing fee). During discovery phase (0-20%): 60% refund. During development (20-60%): 30% refund. After 60% completion: no refund.

7-Day Guarantee: First-time service packs are covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Custom projects and delivered digital assets are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without prior dispute resolution may result in account suspension. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued legally.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and consents for any user data or third-party content you provide.
